We have a fantastic team at Just Car Care for both our online and walk in store as well as our Detailing and PPF centre in the North East of England. Every team member has been trained and vetted to ensure nothing but the best for our customers and we think we have the dream team!
Aiden | Company Owner
Aiden started the company back in November 2016 when he saw a gap in the market for car care products. Alongside his other job Just Car Care was born to fill a void in the North East of England. Since 2016 Aiden has developed his skills as a detailer and PPF installer to not only give the best advice to our customers but to also ensure all vehicles in the detailing centre leave looking their best. Day to day Aiden applies PPF to customers vehicles and ensures the business is running at its full potential.
Connor | Company Owner
Connor was actually one of the first customers of Just Car Care back in 2016 when the website launched and in 2020 Connor officially joined the team, opening the first detailing bay alongside Aiden. Since then Connor has played a major part in building our current detailing studio with some help from his Dad, Keith. Since 2020 Connor has detailed hundreds of cars and developed his skills within the PPF sector of the business and is our go-to man for bodykit installation, vehicle stripping and general Mr Fix It.
Jake | Sales & Customer Care
Jake joined the company as Just Car Cares' first full time employee back in 2022. Jake has played a huge part in the growth of Just Car Care, ensuring every customer gets the best advice and support; whether this be for online orders or services booking. Jakes day to day is to ensure all of our customers get their orders picked, packed and sent as well as booking customers in for services. If you have a question, Jake is your guy!
Lee | Head Detailer
Lee joined the Just Car Care team in late 2021 and is dedicated to ensure our customers cars look their best. Lee is heavily trained and qualified in machine polishing and ceramic coating application meaning he is the perfect person to work on your car. Lee joined the team along side Aiden and Connor to help meet the demand for machine polishing services, since then Lee has developed his skills to a level where he has corrected and polished hundreds of cars to date for the company and is always keen to take on new challenges. If we've ever detailed your car, Lee has most likely played a huge part in your car looking its best.
Ross | Sales & Customer Care
Ross joined the team in 2023 after returning from University where he developed his photography skills. Ross ensures we have content to share with our customers and followers every single day on social media and our website. Not only does Ross manage our social media and web pages he also is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our detailing and PPF services, ensuring our customers receive accurate quotes and advice about all things car care. Since he started our social media presence has dramatically increased and when you receive amazing photos of your car being worked on, you know who to thank!
Ryan | Vehicle Prep & Valeting
Ryan was originally a customer of Just Car Care for his own mobile detailing business but joined our team in 2024 after asking every week for 4 years if we had any jobs going (his persistence paid off eventually!). Ryan is an incredible asset to the team, ensuring that all the vehicles are prepped ready for detailing and PPF but also valeting all of our regular customers. Ryan ensures our bread & butter services are completed every single day and keeps our customers cars looking their best.
Craig | Vehicle Prep & Valeting
Craig is the latest member of the team, arriving just in time for the 2024 Christmas Party. Craig joined our team to help with the work load, ensuring that every car is prepped and valeted to perfection along side Ryan. Every vehicle that comes through our door is washed, prepped and valeted by Craig and we love his eye for detail. If you've had a car washed, valeted, PPF'd or Detailed by us in 2025 you can thank Craig for making it look its best.
