How do they work?

• System cleaning: The spray circulates through the AC system's components, cleaning hard-to-reach pipes and surfaces

How often should they be used?

• Frequency depends on the product, but a good starting point is monthly or every 6 months.

How to use an air-con sanitizer?

1. Prepare: Ensure your vehicle is in a well-ventilated area
2. Start the engine: Close all windows and doors
3. Set the AC: Turn on the air conditioning system to its lowest temperature, medium fan speed, and ensure the recirculation option is selected
4. Position the can: Shake the aerosol well and place it in the passenger footwell
5. Activate: Depress the trigger into the lock-down position
6. Exit: Leave the vehicle immediately and close the doors
7. Circulate: Allow the can to fully discharge and the AC system to run for a specified time (often 5 to 10 minutes)
8. Ventilate: Switch off the engine and open all doors and windows to ventilate the vehicle for 5-15 minutes before driving
