Shipping Partner - Royal Mail
Royal Mail are our chosen shipping partners, offering 24 hour and 48 hour tracked delivery on all of our orders. Royal Mail deliver over 3.9 Billion parcels per annum with a 98% success rate, making them the perfect partners to get your order to your door.
Orders placed before 3pm will be packed and dispatched by Royal Mail on both the Standard Delivery and Next Working Day. Orders made after 3pm on Friday will be packed and dispatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays.

Re-Delivery
If an order has been dispatched with a wrong address or missed delivery, we will wait for the parcel to be returned to us before re-dispatching to the correct address. Re-delivery charges will apply to the same shipping rate at the checkout, if Free Shipping is given, your re-delivery rate will be based on your parcel weight.
If an incorrect address has been inputted at the checkout, please contact us on sales@justcarcare.co.uk as soon as possible for a member of the team to amend your address before dispatch. Please note this is not possible after the item has been dispatched.
Missing or Damaged Delivery
In the rare case your item is lost or damaged please contact us at sales@justcarcare.co.uk immediately.
Missing Delivery: Your must report this to sales@justcarcare.co.uk within 14 days of placing your order, after this period we will be unable to assist you further.
Damaged Items or Leaks: We pack our parcels as best we can but on the rare occasion your items are damaged or leak, please contact us on sales@justcarcare.co.uk . Please do not discard the item until you have contacted us, ensure you take photographs of the delivery if the parcel appears damaged or broken. It is very important to take photographs and report the damage within 7 days of delivery, after this period we cannot assist you further.
30 Days Returns Policy
We offer a hassle free, 30 days returns policy. If you're not totally satisfied with your products you can return them to us for a full refund. Please ensure the items are un-used and in their original packaging. When returning your items please ensure the parcel is packed correctly and insured for the price of the items. We do not offer a free return postage label, return postage will be at the cost to you.
