Refund policy

How do I return? 


  • Contact us at sales@justcarcare.co.uk with your order number & item(s) you'd like to return. 
  • Package your items and return them to the following address unless instructed by a member of the team; Just Car Care, 20 Harvey Close, Crowther Industrial Estate, Washington, NE38 0AB

What items are returnable?


  • All items are returnable as long as they're in original packaging and un-used. 
  • Promotional items in orders must be returned, this may include free gifts or air fresheners. If not returned, the promotional item price will be deducted from your refund.

Are there shipping charges on returns? 


  • Original shipping charges are non refundbale, if free delivery method is chosen the delivery charge based on the weight will be deducted from your refund. 
  • You are responsible for the return postage charges. 

How soon will I get a refund? 


  • Once the item(s) have been returned to us a member of the team will inspect them and issue your refund the same day. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank. 
  • If the return is rejected, a member of the team will be in touch. 

Important Information


Promotional Items: Items must be returned to us with your returned item, failure to do so will result in a deduction from your refund. 

Damages & Leaks: We pack our parcels as best we can but on the rare occasion your items are damaged or leak, please contact us on sales@justcarcare.co.uk . Please do not discard the item until you have contacted us, ensure you take photographs of the delivery if the parcel appears damaged or broken. It is very important to take photographs and report the damage within 7 days of delivery, after this period we cannot assist you further. 

Missing Items: Missing items must be reported to us immediately, if a missing item is not reported within 7 days of delivery we will not be able to assist you any further. 

Faulty Items & Warranties: Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of purchase. If you believe the item is faulty please email us at sales@justcarcare.co.uk and a member of the team will help resolve your issues. Faulty items must be investigated by our team, some of which may need to be sent directly back to the manufacturer. If the item is deemed faulty, a full refund or replacement on the item will be given. If the item is not deemed as faulty, it will be sent back to you and delivery charges will apply. 

Warranties with items are given by manufacturers, dependant on the brand and products. Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer, however we can help with this but delivery charges will apply. Please contact us at sales@justcarcare.co.uk for help with any warranty claims.
