General

• All promotions do not apply to and/or cannot combine with Trade Account discounts
• Percent and discount off coupons may exclude selected brands and products and brands depending on the promotion including but not limited to power tools, pressure washers, set bundle items and shipping exceeding 10 kilograms.
• During giveaways and Free Product Promotions that required a minimum spend total, only eligible products may contribute towards the spend total. Ineligible products include but are not limited to, power tools, pressure washers, set bundle items and heavy/overweight items that may require alternate shipping methods.
• Any giveaways including gift cards, store credit, or products are limited to one item/discount per customer and/or household.
• Promotions/discounts cannot be combined/stacked. When using coupon/discount codes, free product promotions will not be combined. Any free products automatically added to cart, will be automatically removed when entering the coupon/discount code.
• Promotions requiring a minimum amount spent with the purchase do not include shipping or similar charges and is based upon the subtotal once all discounts have been applied.
• Due to the functionality of this website, discount/coupon codes cannot be combined with gift card usage.
• Returns will adjust discounts or promotions on orders accordingly and does include voiding the promotion if applicable.
• Expired promotions will not apply to any new orders.
• New and/or current promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
• Promotional offers may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
• Where promotional giveaway stock is limited, stock will be awarded to orders on a first come first served basis. 
• All promotions expire at 11:59PM GMT/BST on the date specified, unless otherwise stated.
• In the event of a returned order, any free products received within the order as a result of the promotion must also be returned in an unopened and unused state. Any missing, used or opened products will be deducted from the refund total at the discretion of Just Car Care Ltd.

Coupon & Discount Code Restrictions

• Coupon/discount codes cannot be combined or stacked unless otherwise stated.
• Limit of one coupon/discount code per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Coupon/discount codes do not apply to discounts already available on Trade Accounts.
• Coupon/Discount codes do not apply to the following offerings:
• Wholesale Items / Cases
• Clearance items
• "On Sale" or "Special Deal" items as noted
• Set Bundle or Kit discounts
• Power tools, Pressure Washers & selected heavy shipping items
• Additional Offerings at Our Discretion
• Coupon/discount codes may require a minimum order that does not include taxes, shipping, and handling charges or similar charges, and is based upon the subtotal once all discounts have been applied. Where applicable terms will be available in the promotional material.
• Coupon/discount codes need to be redeemed during check out. Codes can be entered as a 'promo code' to claim.
• We reserve the right to limit coupon code usage.

Shipping Restrictions

• Shipping and Free Product promotions only apply to UK Mainland.
• Shipping promotions must be shipped to the same address.
• Shipping promotions may require a coupon/discount code and minimum order value unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum order requirements do not include shipping charges, or similar charges, and are based upon the subtotal once all discounts have been applied.
• Shipping and delivery time guarantees are not valid for out of stock items or items shipping directly from the manufacturer.
• Economy services may be used during free shipping promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping promotions do not apply to any items shipping directly from the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
