Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please contact us before retuning any goods.
Please do not send your purchase back to the brand manufacturer.
We can not refund the following; Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 working days.
Damaged Items (In transit) If your item has been received damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographic evidence of the item that has been damaged in transit. If your order is received and the box looks 'damaged' (ripped, crushed or wet from product) we advise you to sign for this item as a damaged item (if applicable). If the item has been damaged in transit a full refund on the item will be given or a replacement item will be sent to you at no additional charge. Liquid(s) that are broken will not be required to be sent back to us but disposed of if severely damaged. Mechanical items such as pressure washers and power tools will be collected and replaced at a cost to ourselves if the item has been damaged in transit. Damage claims that are not reported within 48 hours of delivery will not be replaced or refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items that are returned to us and are deemed fit for purpose will be returned back to you at the customers cost of £4.95 (weight dependant). Items that are returned damaged, used or not in ‘new’ condition will also be returned back to you at the cost of the customer and a refund will be declined.
If there is a problem with your item/product and it has been raised within 30 days we will ask you to return this item for inspection. If the item has been used or damaged we will return this item back to you at the cost of the customer. Items that are not fit for purpose will be replaced or refunded at the cost to JUST CAR CARE, at the customers request.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
